Marlique Ambrister, CPA, C.A. Founder & Managing Principal
Marlique Ambrister is the founder of Executive Financial Solutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting & International Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed under the New York State Board of Accountancy and a Chartered Accountant (CA) under the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). She enjoys helping clients achieve and maintain long-term success. She utilizes her knowledge and expertise to guide clients through tough financial situations and assist clients in developing long-term strategies to help their businesses succeed. She has provided accounting services to clients in various industries such as: hotels & condominiums, medical, aviation, investment funds, agriculture, tourism, marine & logistics, to name a few.
Dan Stratton, CISSP,CCSP,CCISO Director of Technology & AI
Dan Stratton is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 30 years of experience helping organizations leverage advance technology for growth, efficiency, and competitiveness. Since 1989, he has built a reputation for bridging the gap between technology and business, particularly in accounting, finance and manufacturing. His expertise ensures that AI-powered decision-making, process automation, and digital strategies drive measurable business outcomes. As Director of Technology and AI at EFS, Dan leads with a long-term vision, helping clients adopt emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, automation and cybersecurity while aligning them with their business objectives.
